Are you saying you have come up with 13? I can come up with a thousand things A1 can legally do in under 5 seconds!
But here are a few "normal" things right off the top of my head....

1) Pass to A2 inbounds
2) Pass to B1 inbounds
3) Pass to A2 OOB on endline (if after made basket/ft sitch's)
4) Run the endline (if after made basket/ft sitch's)
5) Set the ball down OOB (if after made basket/ft sitch's)
6) Bounce the ball
7) Move... but keep one foot over spot
8) Throw the ball off all sides of either backboard (except the back)
9) Request a time out
10) Step "on" a 2 inch end/sideline
