Are you saying you have come up with 13? I can come up with a thousand things A1 can legally do in under 5 seconds! ;)
But here are a few "normal" things right off the top of my head....

1) Pass to A2 inbounds
2) Pass to B1 inbounds
3) Pass to A2 OOB on endline (if after made basket/ft sitch's)
4) Run the endline (if after made basket/ft sitch's)
5) Set the ball down OOB (if after made basket/ft sitch's)
6) Bounce the ball
7) Move... but keep one foot over spot
8) Throw the ball off all sides of either backboard (except the back)
9) Request a time out
10) Step "on" a 2 inch end/sideline

That's what I'm looking for. "Normal" situations which, if/when they occur you'd have either a call or a no-call. Good example is your #6. How often have you seen an official call "travelling" when that happens?
You've helped me add to my list already...

Someone I know pretty well once called a violation when the throw-in hit the rim. The coach agreed it was a violation. Then, after I, I mean the official, looked it up after the game, the official told the coach the correct ruling and they both learned something that day.

Rules at home, I'm at work, but it IS a throw in violation if the ball, on a throw in, enters the basket...correct? (Unless tipped by a player..)

7) Move... but keep one foot over spot

Move, left or right, and keep one foot on or over the 3-foot wide throw-in spot until the ball is released; move backwards as far as he/she may wish.

You bring up a likely misnomer in the rules. Is it correct that, whereas we call it a "designated spot throwin" (4-42-6 and NOTE), that spot is actually an "area" that is three feet wide? Casebook 9.1.2A seems to be saying the same thing while using the words "spot" and "area" interchangeably.

So, shucks, a player with long legs can actually have about nine feet to stay totally within and still be legal. That's quite a "spot"!

Is that correct?

Correct, see 4-42-6, and Note, top pf p.38
