Congrats. Without knowing much about your area, just be prepared for those that will not have your best interest at heart. So go into the season very prepared to overcome any mistakes you will make at that level. You should do fine, but jealousy is always apart of that level especially early in your career.

One of the things I did when I started in this association was to align myself with one of the most respected, no-nonsene officials we have. I asked him to be my mentor and help steer me in the right direction. He does D1 and holds a lot of influence with the commish and other varsity refs.
