If that's the case then I am alright with the 2nd T coming from the same official. Otherwise get the heck out and turn your back.
Try to let another official have at it, but sometimes some actions are automatic and regardless of who threw the 1st, somebody needs to have the 2nd.
On the original call, in my conferences we are always asked
"was the defense affected?" If a defensive player is in a defensive posture and there is contact, it is different than a player just standing there looking to take a charge
and there being contact on the shoulder. If it's in the torso it is automatic, but on the shoulder the defensive usually needs to be in a defensive posture actually "playing" the play. It looked from the camera angle that the defensive player threw his left shoulder towards the offensive player for contact and not actually playing defense.
