I don't know. I'm picturing a foul. For one, we don't know whether A2 got the rebound or not, so the ball may still be loose. Two, if A2 did get the rebound, he doesn't get to just land on another player who had a spot to which he's still entitled. If you need to find an advantage here, realize that B1 is not going to be able to play defense against A2.

Now, if B1 wasn't knocked down, displaced, or impeded in any way; play on.
