That's good because they're supposed to still have 'em as per NFHS rule 1-13-2. They're just supposed to be OOB now.

He was so sure of himself he actually go me to second guess myself... that is on me though. I have been working youth leagues for over 15 years, mainly Quad-A and HS, and done a lot of adult rec ball. Never joined my state's association because every time they approached me I was working swingshift, or attending college classes in the evenings. Have always strived to improve and am now thinking about joining OSAA next season to polish my skills and mechanics.
Even if you never join at least get your hands on a rulebook.
