Right, that's one difference in effect during play. The rest is like doing table for your local rec leagues; have a sheet that tells you what the differences are.

Also be aware that timeouts can be shortened by the calling team.

TOs can be shortened in HS if both teams are ready to play.

Yes, yes they can. But remember you asked for differences and this is one of them. You have to be aware of which team called the TO and if they come out sound the warning horn.

So, IOW, if (For example) BYU & Utah were playing one another & BYU called a full TO, yet they broke the huddle 30 secs. in, the horn sounds at 30 secs.

Yes, with the second horn 15 secs later (thus at 45).

The have to request that the TO be shortened.
