Quickly...
Most of my injuries related to sports (R shoulder-surgery, R knee-surgery, L quad-tear-rest, numerous sprains strains of ankles/knees/R shoulder) happened with me as a participant. My one work injury, which is why I'm benched until I'm fixed, is my back.
I haven't been hurt officiating, but I've not been doing it long enough to have had it possibly happen either. P.S. I'm currrently battling daily constant pain. One is a diagnosed facial pain, the second is my back injury, and third is a semi-diagnosed L shoulder problem.
