NCAA Technical Foul

After reviewing the NCAA casebook is resuming play for Technical Fouls by:

- Point of Interruption?

NFHS) Team A has the ball and their Coach is given a Technical Foul. Resuming play would be to award Team B 2 shots and the ball.

NCAA) Same situation. Team B would be given 2 shots, but Team A would be given the ball at the spot closest to where the interruption occurred?
