I've deleted what I can.

But:

1) I can only moderate the general, baseball and basketball boards
2) When a moderator "deletes as spam" that user (and IRL?) is supposed to be banned. That doesn't seem to work for me.

I'd suggest reporting it as spam and / or a PM to BRad and the moderators of those forums.
