Team A has the ball out of bounds for an alternate-possession throw-in. Upon throwing the ball in, Team B is called for a kicked ball violation. The ball is given back to Team A to complete another throw-in. Does Team B lose the alternating possession arrow due to the violation?

To further clarify, (hopefully) the keys are that the throw-in was never completed, since the ball was not legally touched. Therefore, there is no question of Team B losing the arrow, since the arrow did not change.
