I've had a couple sleeves secure an obvious elbow pad in them. When asked, the player actually answered "yes" and for the right (only) reason. I even had one trainer come out and explain the player actually did have a contusion - like I'd question the player further?

But, all but these select few took em off. Just trying to act cool is all.
