who moves on today

Looking to see who we think will move on today. I'm pulling for Butler and Duke.

Who am I pulling for? Duke, by default. There are only two coaches I'd rather see lose than Crewshuwhewskey; one of them happens to coach WVU.

I'm a Big Ten guy, so I hope Izzo makes it through. That, and one of my favorite all time basketball moments was Larry Eustachy's meltdown in the Elite 8 in 2000. My daughter's birthday party reminded me that it's been 10 years since that glorious meltdown. Of course, the real meltdown was three years later when he decided to do real life advertising for the movie "Old School," which was about to be released. Anyway, I digress.

MSU and Duke.

But I wouldn't be disappointed to see Butler win or Duke lose.

I'm rooting for Duke because of Scheyer. He's a local kid who I would like to see do well.

Butler knocked out Syracuse, who I had winning it all. Other than my alma mater, Indiana, MSU is my favorite Big Ten team. Go Spartans!

Baby's Not Getting New Shoes ...

Duke. Just to save face in the lab tournament pool. All my other Final Four picks are long gone.

Exclamation

I'm rooting for either the Frankfort Undergraduate College of Kentucky or the Sam Houston Institute of Technology.

I'd like to see Butler vs Duke, but my track record for picking is NOT good!

This was true for me before the end of last weekend. I had Butler going to the regional final, but chickened out after that. They have a damn good chance to win this whole thing, but they can't go cold from teh field in the second half as they did today.

I'm in a pool where I sit tied for 3 out of 149 people.

If Duke wins, I fall to a tie for 5th. If Butler wins, I stay tied for 3rd.

So I want Butler to win, naturally. And cause Duke is coached by the debbil.
