NCAA 5-10-10 says that the clock shall stop when a goal is scored in the last 59.9 seconds of the second half. Even though the goal was scored before that point, should the clock have stopped when it got to 59.9?

bas2456 - read the last part of your post...where you cited NCAA 5-10-10...it answers your question.

since the basket was scored with more than 59.9 on the clock, the clock continues to run.
