Agreed....the rule says the clock stops when the goal is scored with 59.9 or less. The goal was scored with more than 59.9 on the clock so the clock should have continued to run. There is no provision for stopping the clock when the goal is scored with more than 59.9 but passes below 59.9 before the throwin is completed.
