This used to be a rule WAAYYY back in the day. I want to say it applied to International play (Or the Big East in the 80's, since they REALLY knew how to foul) As memory serves you handled this correctly. Basically, what you are doing is bumping up the 'common foul' to a technical foul. Unless he fouled and then muttered an unspeakable!

Nevada is right... They are trying to adopt a CBA rule/NBA rule. ..
If the person is able to stay in. NBA rules shoots the 1 shot T then play the foul... because that is the normal procedure in NBA... If I were reffing in your league I would do what NCAA does on the T but I bet they intended a 1 shot T... |
