A Tourney I'll Enjoy Doing!

Local private small college currently without an NCAA team is hosting a tourney with other schools of its denomination this weekend. One of our fellow officials, an alumni of the host institution, was asked to establish the rules and to seek out fellow officials to work the games.
Of the six or so adaptations he came up with, note the following!

Basketball Rules Clarifications/Changes : We will be using NCAA Rules with a few alterations/exceptions. The following are rules changes or clarifications to be used during the tournament.
Time Periods: All preliminary games will consist of two, 10-minute halves (stop time, but if there is a 15-point lead, running clock until under 10-point lead)
Time Outs: Only the ten players in the game may be awarded a time out during live play
Player Ejections : If a player is ejected from a game (e.g., for a second technical foul or any flagrant foul, whether personal or technical), that player will not be permitted to play for the remainder of the tournament
Team Coaches: Maximum of two coaches on each team’s bench; all coaches shall remain seated the entire game except during timeouts, to spontaneously respond to a fantastic play, or to get her/his players’ attention to call a timeout.

I'm not really an advocate of modifying the rules, but I think I'm gonna like this!
