Free Throw Situation
A1 is shooting a 1&1 and has been received the ball from T. B1 steps in to change space. T put hand out for delay violation. A1 shoots an air ball. Is this a double violation alternating position?? Or A1 get another shot. Their was not any disconcerning. Thanks

Why was the T administering the FT?

Misty water-colored memories ...
Because this play took place in 1981.

Gotcha...As long as I can remember watching games, it's always been the L. I'm only 22 though.

Notice that under FIBA a violation by the free throw shooter prevails over any other violation: Quote:

Funny to watch some of the ESPN Classic games where the T administers the free throw. Also, there would line up 8 players in the lane. Not sure how the top two spots were filled??? Glad to see we change how we used to do it.
