No restriction of any kind here. Did a 3A (middle classification) soph./jv double-header last night. Soph. and JV teams were nearly identical. Some of the same kids started both games and played major minutes. If the V game had been a blowout, some of those same kids would have gotten minutes in the V game too.

Pennslyvania has a 6 quarter rule for junior high but nothing for JV Varsity. We b team jh game a team jr high game jv game and varsity game all in the same gym back to back to back to back same night.

Missouri lets kids play 5 quarters a day.

(I assume overtime does not count in these counts though?)
