				NCAA M Fastbreak Mechanic

Watching Indiana-Northwestern. Indiana gets a steal and starts on the fast break. Ed Hightower is the C, not sure who the T is. On the play, Hightower and the T both pull up at free throw line extended. The guy shooting a layup gets mauled, but there was no call. Is this SOP for a fastbreak, or should there have been better coverage? It looked like Hightower would have had the better angle regardless of whether or not the new L had gotten into position, but he still didn't make a call. |
