All things being equal, in a crowd if the ball goes up you can be pretty sure you had a foul, if it goes down the defender got all (or mostly all) ball and play on. It's kinda interesting that I never heard this before and now I've heard it twice in 1 week. Sounds like a good guideline to go by, but like Chuck it's new to me and I'm gonna give a while before incorporating it into my game. But I will say during camp it did seem to apply.
