I've heard it twice in 1 week. Sounds like a good guideline
to go by, but like Chuck it's new to me and I'm gonna give a while before incorporating it into my game.
If the ball is in a crowd, how do you know who to call the foul on?
Example -
Ball and player in a crowd but you see a defender reach
in or swat down. Ball pops up. You saw the swat & the ball
but not the contact. You call it on the "swatter".
