In Pennsylvania, a lot of districts use 3-man. Some are using 2-man, like our district. I wouldn't be surprise if all of Pennsylvania goes to 3-man within the next 5-10 years. Seems that more and more schools are not demanding 3-man because some officials, although very good with officiating a game, just aren't fast enough to cover a game with two of them.

Georgia is all 3-person for varsity...$46 per game plus $10/official travel; regular season is always a 2-game set (VG/VB).
