It was JH and at that level coaches are usually volunteer teachers or associates of the school. He probably didn't know which is why I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him during a dead ball that he had to sit and that would be the last time I would tell him. He wasn't walking up and down the line at all, he would just stand in front of his chair.
