Girls JV. Visitor only had 6 players total. My partner's the R and I'm the U. Agreed to do 6 minute quarters before the game started and had the first quarter over in 14 minutes, literally. only one or two fouls per team, home team starting to get away from the visitors.

At halftime, both coaches goes to my partner and says "we'd like to do 7 minutes". I didn't know this until the 3rd quarter was about to start. I asked my partner and he said that the visitors think they have a chance to catch up, when they really don't. Home team just didn't feel like playing as hard because the other team was pretty bad. So I let him make the call and he said 7 minutes we will do. Second half took maybe 20 minutes total to complete.

Overall, good game, not a peep was really heard by anyone at all. pretty relaxed day. Wish it was a little more competitive though, I felt more like a spectator than I did an official today.
