New Twist

A1 securs control of the ball kneeling on just 1 knee. The other leg is extended out to the side (foot in contact with the floor). A1 now moves this leg towards the body and is now kneeling on both knees. A1 never attempted to stand. The movement of placing the other knee on the floor was to stablize him/herself. Would this be traveling?
