Was it one solid color? Was any manufacture logo visible?
If two colors or logo visible, then the undershirt is not legal.

So then the player grabs a scissors from the first aid kit, cuts off the sleeves, wears only the sleeves, calls them compression sleeves, says they're for medical reasons, and legally wears them. I don't believe that there are any color, or logo, restrictions for compression sleeves worn for medical reasons, nor do I believe that a doctor's note is required.
