Yes, a very good thing.

With Part II around here, a lot of officials do that. I always take the Part II just like the Part I just to see how well I can do without having the answers fed to me.

As if they aren't already fed to us by rulebook we're allowed to reference during the test.

True, but at least you're looking them up rather than just filling them in in five minutes without looking at a single question.

For me, it would just take longer if someone was feeding me answers, b/c I would still want to look up the answer in the rulebook. I would probably have to go back and change a few of those answers.
