Ref DII at 18

Almost impossible. In my IAABO board(probably all IAABO boards but not sure) you can't get certified until you are 18. In order for an 18 year old to work college games the person would have to get certified in December and be working college games that same season.

I guess if his close relative was the assigner it could be possible....
