Are you an official?

We don't really deal much in "streetball" rules here, because they can have only a passing resemblence to real basketball.

Not in my world, but I've never seen anyone actually do that in street ball or any kind of ball for that matter.

im not official, but in israel its not like in usa (as i can see on and1 videos) im doing an hard work to keep the game to be played by the rules.

the most problematic are those kids that dont know to dribble (looks like they never cared about the actuall rules, and they are influenced by AND1 videos) and do a lot of carries. i wont give up.

You've got a tough road ahead if you're trying to learn and help with the rules.......and the players there are getting their basketball knowledge and guidance from the "AND1" crowd! Yikes!! Good luck!
