CCAA camp in Vegas

Is this the location?
Main Street Station Casino, Brewery and Hotel
200 N. Main Street
Las Vegas, NV 89101

And are other officials who are in town working games that are not in conjuction with that camp welcome?

Yes this is the location. From what I understand, the camp "social" is being held in a hall near the 777 Sports Bar. Officials from the camp will most likely find their way to the sports bar as they do every night of the camp. It's always great to see other officials from the other tournament and to swap stories of the day.
