Your mention of the state office indicates your experience is with high schools. I'm curious as to how many high schools use these devices, as my understanding is that many high schools do not as the opportunity cost is seen as too high for the return.

My question is how would we have handled this situation in a NFHS game? It was a 3/4 length throw-in so no opportunity for B/C count, clock eventually started but then stopped with 0.8 and defensive team securing rebound.

I always have a count in these situations.

Evidently, those are the same guidelines the Big XII follows, because only the T pressed the button.

It's just a matter of how you want to spend your money.

There are close to 80 high schools in NC that use PTS.
