Thanx for the welcome

A4 stayed in the game and players lined up on the lane for free throws.
I went to the refs after the (JV) game to ask why that wasn't a dead ball foul
with a 2 shots and the ball penalty.
Their reply was that it wasn't a dead ball because the clock was still running.
And they thanked me for having a good question
