dead ball foul
team A scores hoop, but before team B gathers ball for inbound.
A4 knocks down B4, the refs call a foul (personal)
team B is in double bonus, shoots 2 and team A inbounds.
my question is, shouldn't that be a dead ball foul (technical or intentional)
