Head Coach Rules Reference

Can someone help me out with were the rule is on the head coach being the only one to stand. I know that the head coach is the only one to stand but cannot find the reference.

It's the one that says the head coach is allowed to stand. It specifies head coach and only applies to the states that use the coaching box. Everyone else on the bench is to adhere to the same rule the coach would have to if his state didn't use the box.

10-5 and 10-4-4. The former says the head coach can stand, and the latter says nobody else may.
