False Double foul)non-shooting

so normally- false double is A1 with the ball gets fouled by B1 and then right after charges into B2. Shoot two fts, then B gets the ball with no players underneath for the rebound.

-If A1 is dribbling, not looking for a shot. A1 makes a move gets fouled say from the side by B2, and then A1 charges over B2 who was guarding A1.
Ignore the charge or double foul and ball given to team A? Or is this a false double foul. Not sure what you would do after. Arrow? If team B is in bonus I assume you don't shoot fts either?

Since no try is involved, the ball becomes dead when the foul occurs. Ignore A1's foul unless intentional or flagrant.
