Indiana, the OP is off one foot land on two feet.
Your post is not relevant here the player can pass, shoot, violate, or foul, as JDW stated. to violate would be to lift either foot and replace it on the floor before passing or shooting. I had a partner last week who made the call when the player lifted the foot off the floor, kind of reminded me of an old ketchup comercial, we were never able to determine what the player was going to do so we had to go IW.
