Absolutely no way it was an intentional act and the throwers actions afterwords would support that as well as he went over and was trying to do whatever he could for him. Not sure how it was unsporting as much as accidental trajectory.

Stupid T. Had a player last week throw it off an opponent's head, but it was completely unintentional; she had her back to the court and was loosing her balance and threw where she wasn't looking.
