Arrow pointed toward fouled team.

Neither team in the bonus. A commited a common foul as time expired in the first quarter. The arrow was in B's favor. Does be get the ball due to the arrow or because of the foul? does the arrow change after the throw-in ends? BTW this game went into double overtime and lasted 1 3/4 hours. (girls 7th grade)

Once the first quarter is over, the panalty for the foul does not carry over to the 2nd quarter. If it were a shooting foul, the shots would end the quarter. Since it would be a throw-in, it is no different than a team holding the ball at the end of the quarter. The quarter is over.

The 2nd quarter would start with B getting the ball due to the arrow. The arrow would then be switched.

Yes, we know you hate overtime. It's getting pretty old. It isn't really necessary to mention it in every thread which contains the word overtime.

Mark Padgett is Weaslepants. And you had better address him as Mr. Weaslepants if you known what is good for you and with a smile on your face. The smile always confuses him, .

Amen. But, unfortunately, it is necessary for him. It's in his genetic makeup. He was born with it.
