Here is how the pre-game meeting with the coaches should go:

With about 1:30 left before game time, the officiating crew should stride over the the Visitor's Bench and each official introducing himself and wish him and his team good luck with the R going last. This procedure is then repeated at the Home Bench.

It's done differently here by state direction. We meet both HCs at the table right after the captains meeting (wich starts at 3:00 before game time). Everyone introduces himself (or herself) and the R then conducts the quick meeting.

The last thing I want is the HC'es at the Captains' Meeting. I do not want them hearing me tell the Captains the facts of life: That the Captains are in charge of everybody even their coaches.

Sorry, the meetings are separate.

Captains meet with us in the center circle. When that's over, the U1 and U2 fetch the coaches and join the R by the table.

In Alabama the HC and player meeting happen @ the same time.

I apologize, my eyesight isn't as good as it use to be, . I thought you had all of them in one meeting. So, you do it like we do, more or less.
