Also, around here we generally assume high school or NCAA since those are the levels we work. Few of us even follow the NBA. An NBA question is more likely to get NBA answers if you identify it as an NBA question up front.

In fact, in the NBA, you can pretty much ignore all the lines for 3 second violations. It gets called about as often as a travel.
