...and how the coaches view their relationship with refs. No refs were interviewed for the piece.

There is one thing that is the same at all levels
the coach doesn't know the rules.

Maybe, but he's probably had a ton of officials call "over the back" over the years.

No current officials were interviewed. Bernie Fryer was.

I doubt the league lets officials talk to the media except under rare circumstances.
