1and 1 situation

Both team A and B are in the bonus.

A1 is at the line shooting a 1 and 1 shot.

After the shot A2 goes over the back of a defensive player and is called for a push foul.

the question is does a defenisve player shoot a bonus shot if he is pushed by an offensive player trying to get the ball on a rebound?

Ask yourself this - is there team control when a free throw is in the air? The answer to that should give you your answer.

There is no team control while the freethrow is in the air; Therefore, this is not a team control foul. Shoot bonus!

4-37-1: . . .
Rebounding is an attempt by any player to secure possession of the ball following a try or tap for goal. In a rebounding situation there is no player or team control.
