Player from team A is fouled and as the teams walk to the other end of the court to shoot the free throws the official glances at the scoreboard and sees 10 fouls. He tells the players lined up on the lane, appropriately, there will be two shots. Before the player shoots, the board is properly changed to 9 fouls. Player from team B notices the change and tries to alert the official. The player from team A misses the free throw before the player from team B can get the official's attention. No player moves to rebound because they think there is a second shot. The officials are now made aware of the mistake. What should the officials do?
