Why it's hard for me.
  • My visible count is practiced to be very close to one second, so it seems relatively fast.
  • Time, score and situation can be applicable.
  • I have never seen it called locally, although I would readily defend the call.
  • I wonder if it is a flow interupter.
Alright, Mick. Just wondering as I knew there was some reasoning behind it.

You bring up a very interesting point about the count being +/- 1 second.
