Guys - this entire thread is predicated on the misconception that the NBA has a traveling rule.

I was pretty sure they did. Weren't several referees charged by the IRS for breaking the NBA's travel rules?

I'm pretty sure there is one, because Garnett just got called for it in the first 2 minutes of Game 2 tonight.

The game is flowing and both teams are playing. There are times you just have to hold your whistle. The NBA wants highlights!!!!

Agreed. The NBE doesn't have refs anymore; they have traffic cops. Keep 'er moving and ignore the little details, like rules.

The NBE....Faaaaaantaaaastic......and no longer bearing any kinda resemblance to basketball.

Jmo...and a heckuva lot of others too, Mr. Stern.
