On instinct, yes, it's hard to tell without a slow motion replay but it looks like he changes pivot foot (or rather lifts it, then puts it down again)
So I would have called that a travel, but as I said I can't be certain without slomo

It's difficult to see whether his feet are touching the floor when he catches the ball or not, as they are hidden by the scroll bar. But if you pause it when he catches the ball, it would appear the left foot is on the floor.

Technically, with slow motion, yes it is a travel, but in our game we want travels that are no doubters. You want ones that when you watch tape you only have to watch it once and not have to replay it several times. This one I would leave alone, imo.
