A6 comes off bench

Had a situation tonight in a rec game (yes yes, I can hear the groans already, but that's all I can do for now).

I was trail adminstering the throw in table side with about 10 seconds left. A1 inbounds the ball to A2 who is fouled by B1. Basket is good with 7 seconds left on the clock. Now after the basket goes in, A6 runs onto the court off the bench, about 15 feet to the near block and celebrates with A1. Do you have a call?

By the way, we play using NF rules.

Well for what it's worth, I did go ahead and access the technical foul. Team A shot their one free throw with the lane cleared. Team B was given two points (we award points for technicals instead of shooting free throws), given the ball at half court, and ended up winning the game by two points.
