Yeah...the basics are all these kids are gonna get from me. I've see the overcoaching guy out there before.....Bounce/Chest pass, triple threat position...how to shoot layups...We are gonna have some fun for sure.

At this level in our local rec league, they shoot on 8' rims and shoot FTs from 10' with the 27.5 size ball. Each coach has to "ref" the game, so I have a decided advantage over my coaching counterpart! They can't guard in the B/C and can't steal the dribble unless it's in the lane and they have to play woMAN to woMAN D....score gets put back to ZERO at the end of each quarter....

I would like every girl on the team to score at least one basket this season.....I think that would go a long way to them having fun and wanting to continue playing.
