I ask the coaches, "Do you have any player with any issue that we need to be aware of, perhaps a handicap?"

Invariably, one or both will answer either "Poor coaching," or "Lack of talent."

The FED did issue something sometime somewhere about not telling a player to remove jewelry but to just tell them that they couldn't play until they did so. The do have the option of refusing. If they do refuse, they just have to leave the court.
